La deuxième édition d'IBERICA, dirigée par Hector Canonge et organisée avec Centros Art House Spain, s'est tenue du 7 au 16 juillet 2026 en Espagne. 

Axée sur l'identité et la corporéité architecturale, la résidence a réuni du 7 au 13 juillet huit artistes internationaux au Distrito del Arte de Torrijos (DAT), avant des présentations publiques au Museo La Neomudéjar à Madrid les 15 et 16 juillet. 

Artistes participants : Maria Bitka, Parul Bouvart, María Gray, Takamaru Izawa, Verónica Peña, Julie Pichavant, Jacqueline van de Geer et Zhenyu Wu. 

The second edition of IBERICA, directed by Hector Canonge and organized in collaboration with Centros Art House Spain, took place in Spain from July 7 to 16, 2026. 

Focused on identity and architectural embodiment, the residency brought together eight international artists at the Distrito del Arte de Torrijos (DAT) from July 7 to 13, followed by public presentations at the Museo La Neomudéjar in Madrid on July 15 and 16. 

Participating artists: Maria Bitka, Parul Bouvart, María Gray, Takamaru Izawa, Verónica Peña, Julie Pichavant, Jacqueline van de Geer, and Zhenyu Wu. 

Ce silo gigantesque abritait autrefois de nombreux travailleurs et fournissait une quantité énorme de grains. Le grain est l'ingrédient principal du pain quotidien qui nous nourrit. 

Dans cette performance, l'artiste a choisi d'entraîner le public — qu'elle préférait appeler ses participants — dans une action collective liée à la mémoire du rythme des travailleurs du silo, rendant ainsi hommage à ces ouvriers et elle a également invité le public à partager ensemble la saveur du pain issu de leur travail. 

This enormous silo used to be populated by many workers and provided a huge amount of grain. Grain is the main ingredient for the daily bread that feeds us. 

In this performance, the artist took the audience—whom she preferred to call her participants—into a communal action related to the memory of the rhythm of the workers in the silo, honoring these laborers, and she invited the audience to enjoy together the taste of bread that came from their work.
