Dans l'intimité du Bureau des souvenirs, le public est convié à une rencontre singulière, en tête-à-tête. Cet espace de partage s'articule autour de la parole et de la réminiscence.

Métamorphose collective

Dans le cadre de ma résidence artistique à Frelighsburg, soutenue par le Centre Adélard, j'ai eu le privilège d'aller à la rencontre de la communauté en animant un atelier en plein air destiné à soixante étudiants de Cégep.

Cycles

Au Centre Adélard à Frelighsburg, Jacqueline van de Geer a développé *Cycles*, un projet interdisciplinaire mêlant performance et installation pour explorer les thèmes de la vie, de la mort, de la mémoire et de la renaissance.

Democracy now

A performative parody of the daily and constant choices
we make. We see an elegant female conductor
with a long list of questions, who invites the audience,
after each question, to express their choice.

I measure the distance in which we are allowed to be together during pandemic. We are connected by the red thread and distanced by it same time.

Can one perform through the lens of a camera,

Possible Lives

Possible Lives is a portrait of imaginary persons. I made up three lives, inspired by random objects, findings at a flea market in an abandoned suitcase, up for the grabs, the last traces of a stranger.

Fur

Our random fur of the human body collected
on a silver platter: furry traces after sleep sex
wrestling grooming shaving combing fighting
brushing waxing or performance.

La sirène, femme de ménage, mère, sainte, pute, la sorcière, la belle dormante…La femme éternelle parle des clichés qui sont collés sur les femmes pendant des époques, une courte forme absurde!

Feeling in the Blanks

A table, chairs, old pictures, a doll, postcards from ex-colonies of the Netherlands, a table-cloth from my grandmother, a map of Europe, a children’s book, souvenirs. We meet.
